KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media and other channels
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
- Conducting initial telephonic interviews
- Scheduling interviews with clients / hiring managers
- Following up with candidates for joining and documentation
- Maintaining recruitment data and trackers
- Coordinating with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
Pay: From ₹140,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
