Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, emails, and correspondence
- Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping for contracts, invoices, and client information
- Support the team with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination with suppliers
- Assist in processing basic import-export paperwork and maintaining accurate databases
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Administrative or office support experience
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Interest in international business and logistics is preferred
