Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install and manage Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, antivirus software, and other office applications.
- Configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and shared network devices.
- Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT issues.
- Perform regular system updates, data backup, and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and replace faulty hardware components when required.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and software installations.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware servicing and procurement.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Computer Hardware and Networking.
- Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and printer configuration.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Understanding of system security, antivirus management, and data backup.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Working Schedule
- Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Compensation
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance).
