About the Role:
Ample Solar Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Laisioning Executive to join our growing solar energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with government authorities, DISCOMs, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely approvals and statutory compliance for solar power projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with DISCOMs, government departments, and regulatory authorities for project approvals.
· Prepare, submit, and track applications related to solar installations, net metering, open access, electrical inspections, and other statutory approvals.
· Obtain required permits, NOCs, sanctions, and approvals within defined project timelines.
· Liaise with clients to collect, verify, and submit required documents accurately and on time.
· Build and maintain effective working relationships with government officials and utility representatives.
· Monitor the status of applications and approvals and provide regular progress updates to project and management teams.
· Ensure compliance with applicable Central and State Government regulations, DISCOM guidelines, and renewable energy policies.
· Coordinate with engineering, project execution, procurement, and finance teams for seamless project implementation.
· Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, correspondence, permits, and project documentation.
· Identify and resolve issues related to statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and government processes.
· Stay updated with changes in solar policies, subsidy schemes, net metering regulations, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills:
· Knowledge of solar project approval processes and government regulations.
· Familiarity with DISCOM procedures, net metering, and statutory compliance.
· Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent documentation and record management abilities.
· Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and online government portals.
