About the Role:
We're looking for a Technical Writer who can translate complex technical concepts
into clear, effective documentation that helps our customers succeed. Our product
is deeply technical and documentation-heavy, so you'll play a critical role in
enabling customer success through high-quality written content.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain customer-facing documentation and release notes.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to convert
complex technical details into clear, actionable content.
- Manage documentation in a fast-paced, agile environment, ensuring content
stays current as the product evolves.
Requirements
- Proven experience writing customer-facing documentation for technical
products.
- Experience documenting Kubernetes, APIs, Linux systems, or AI/ML platforms.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Experience collaborating with SMEs to gather and validate technical information.
- Ability to manage new content creation and ongoing updates effectively.
- Familiarity with VS Code/Sublime/Vim/Atom, GitHub, and terminal commands.
Nice to Have
- Experience documenting hardware, networking, or security.
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure or AI accelerators.
- Experience with Mintlify or similar documentation platforms.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
