Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and update customer database in CRM software.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Sales Coordination
Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
Track customer orders and provide status updates.
Support customer retention and repeat business initiatives.
Assist in achieving sales and revenue targets.
Customer Engagement
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers.
Execute customer loyalty and engagement programs.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate customer records and communication history.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
Analyze customer data and purchasing trends.
Generate MIS reports for management review.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
