We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, conducting corporate meetings, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and be willing to travel extensively for client and corporate meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Conduct corporate meetings, client meetings, and business presentations to promote the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Sales Team Support
- Guide, motivate, and support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and sales-related challenges.
Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies for business growth.
- Submit regular reports on client meetings, sales activities, and business development progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales or corporate sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
