We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Executive – Forex to manage foreign exchange transactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide excellent service to clients requiring currency exchange and international remittance solutions. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of forex products, RBI/FEMA regulations, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle foreign exchange transactions including currency exchange, remittances, travel cards, and related services.
- Assist customers with forex requirements for travel, education, business, and medical purposes.
- Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, AML, and KYC regulations.
- Process inward and outward remittances accurately and within established timelines.
- Maintain transaction records and prepare regulatory reports as required.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and internal teams for transaction processing.
- Monitor exchange rates and provide appropriate forex solutions to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to forex transactions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
- Support branch sales activities by identifying opportunities to cross-sell forex products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in forex operations, banking, financial services, or currency exchange.
- Knowledge of foreign exchange regulations, FEMA guidelines, KYC, and AML requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and transaction processing systems.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling travel cards, wire transfers, and international remittances.
- Understanding of exchange rate calculations and forex market fundamentals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
