Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Presales Executive with experience in real estate calling and lead management. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating site visits, updating CRM, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls/WhatsApp inquiries
- Convert leads into site visits for residential/commercial projects
- Share project details, pitch decks & financing options with clients
- Maintain real-time lead updates in CRM
- Coordinate with sales/site teams for smooth client handling
- Follow up with prospects and support booking closures
Requirements:
- 1 yrs experience in real estate presales/calling
- CRM handling experience is mandatory
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Basic English communication required
- Graduate preferred
- Strong communication & follow-up skills
