• Technical Execution: Build and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Appium (Android/iOS).[SP1.1] • API Testing: Hands on experience on REST API automation using Rest Assured. • Leadership: Assign daily tasks, monitor team productivity, and manage the onsite-offshore delivery model. • Reporting & Triage: Drive defect triage calls for quick closure and create detailed Daily Status Reports (DSR). Create productivity report to show progress or blockers • Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and articulate their impact to stakeholders. • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on automation experience. • Programming: Proficiency in Python • Communication: o Be problem solver and manage client stakeholders’ expectations by clearly articulating complex problem statements and propose workarounds. o Motivate team members to complete their task in allocated time. • Preferred: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
