Job Responsibilties:
- Handle end‑to‑end travel operations including ticketing, hotel bookings, visas, insurance, and ground arrangements.
- Process flight reservations using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and ensure accurate issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and suppliers to confirm bookings and negotiate best rates.
- Prepare travel itineraries, cost sheets, vouchers, and travel documents for clients.
- Monitor ongoing trips, ensuring timely support for any changes, delays, or emergencies.
- Assist corporate and retail clients with queries, special requests, and travel updates.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies, visa regulations, and company SOPs.
- Support the sales team by providing operational inputs, feasibility checks, and quick turnaround on quotes.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, supplier communications, and client files.
- Resolve service issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
