Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence in the manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for showcasing our production capabilities, engineering excellence, and corporate culture to a global audience. The ideal candidate can make technical manufacturing processes "sound exciting" and visually compelling for both potential clients and prospective employees.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Visual Storytelling: Shoot and edit high-quality "behind-the-scenes" video content, product spotlights, and facility tours to humanize our technical operations.
B2B Strategy Development: Execute a platform-specific strategy (with a heavy focus on LinkedIn for B2B leads) aligned with business goals like lead generation and employer branding.
Technical Copywriting: Translate complex engineering data and industrial processes into clear, impactful captions and thought-leadership posts.
Community Management: Act as the primary voice of the brand, responding to technical inquiries and fostering engagement within industrial and professional communities.
Campaign & Ad Management: Manage social advertising budgets to promote new product launches and target specific industry segments using tools like Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Ads.
Performance Reporting: Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, providing data-driven insights to optimize content performance.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
