JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle inbound in-situ, telephonic, e-mail & social media-based queries of leads and company's teachers & students.
- Make outbound communication as required.
- Resolve issues in conjunction with the in-house technical, creative, marketing and R&D teams.
- Innovatively use social media as instructed.
- Maintain relevant databases, and generate MIS as required for analysis.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
· Ability to thoroughly understand the brand, its products & services.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & Marathi.
· Ability to listen, empathize & analyze.
· Good problem-solving & people skills.
· Enthusiasm to achieve the organization's goals.
