Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to strengthen the hospital’s market presence, generate business leads, develop referral networks, and increase patient footfall and institutional business. The candidate should possess strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, leadership capability, and an established professional network in the healthcare sector.
Roles & Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase hospital business and patient referrals.
- Generate new business leads from doctors, clinics, corporates, TPAs, industries, institutions, and community networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring consultants, local practitioners, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners.
- Identify opportunities for tie-ups, health camps, corporate associations, and outreach activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business growth targets.
Market Expansion
- Conduct market visits and field activities to promote hospital services.
- Explore new markets and referral channels for increasing OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and specialty services.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies for market positioning.
- Develop strategies for brand visibility and patient acquisition.
Team Handling & Coordination
- Lead and supervise the marketing and field executive team.
- Assign targets, monitor performance, and ensure regular reporting from the team.
- Coordinate with medical, operations, and administration departments for smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Train and motivate the marketing team to improve productivity and conversion rates.
Relationship Management
- Maintain professional relationships with doctors, corporates, insurance companies, NGOs, RWAs, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Ensure regular follow-up with potential clients and referral sources.
- Represent the hospital in meetings, healthcare events, and networking activities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
- Track lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Maintain database and records of business development activities and contacts.
- Provide management with regular updates and growth strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing/business development.
- Strong local market knowledge and professional contacts/network.
- Proven experience in generating business leads and achieving targets.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership ability with experience in handling marketing teams.
- Ability to work independently and under target-oriented environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems preferred.
