Location: Mumbai/Thane Region (with PAN India responsibilities)
A pioneer in animation and multimedia education, is seeking an experienced and driven Franchise Development Manager to spearhead our franchise expansion efforts across India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in franchise development, particularly in the Mumbai and Thane region, combined with the ability to drive strategic growth on a national level. This role is critical to our mission of scaling our footprint and delivering industry-leading animation education to aspiring talent across the country
Key Responsibilities
· Franchise Expansion:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to expand the academy's franchise network across India, with a strong focus on the Mumbai and Thane regions.
· Identify, engage, and onboard prospective franchise partners through targeted outreach, networking, and industry connections.
· Conduct market research to evaluate potential territories and prioritize high-growth areas
· Sales and Negotiation:
· Present the franchise model to prospective partners, effectively communicating its value proposition.
· Negotiate franchise agreements and ensure mutual alignment on terms and conditions.
· Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to finalize contracts.
· Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to ensure long-term collaboration and success.
· Serve as the primary liaison between the academy and franchise partners, providing ongoing support and guidance.
· Training and Onboarding:
· Organize and deliver training programs for franchisees to ensure brand standards and operational excellence.
· Provide marketing, business development, and operational support to help franchisees succeed.
· Performance Monitoring:
· Monitor the performance of franchisees to ensure alignment with the academy's goals and objectives.
· Develop strategies to address challenges and improve franchisee performance.
· Brand Advocacy:
· Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and uphold the academy's reputation for quality education.
· Represent the academy at industry events and franchise expos to enhance brand visibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Experience:
· 5+ years of experience in franchisee expansion and management, with a focus on education, training, or related industries.
· Proven success in driving franchise growth in the Mumbai and Thane regions and scaling operations on a PAN India level.
· Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
· Skills:
· Strong understanding of franchise business models and operations.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and performance data.
· Preferred Traits:

· Comfortable with frequent travel across India.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
