We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, following up on leads, coordinating appointments, and ensuring an excellent patient experience from the first consultation through treatment completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective patients and convert leads into consultations and treatments.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and CRM data.
- Build strong relationships with patients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Explain treatment packages, promotions, and clinic services.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM systems).
- Experience in customer service, sales, healthcare, or aesthetic clinics is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
