We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and online sales for a print-on-demand merchandise e-commerce business.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media platforms.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other channels.
Create content strategies, campaign calendars, and promotional initiatives.
Drive website traffic, leads, and conversions.
Manage influencer collaborations and online communities.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise for results.
Support SEO, email marketing, and customer retention efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media and digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and performance marketing.
Understanding of e-commerce marketing and conversion funnels.
Excellent communication, content planning, and analytical skills.
Ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Preferred
Experience with e-commerce, consumer brands, or online marketplaces.
Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of design and content creation.
