Senior QA Engineer Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in software testing • Proactive mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills • Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies • Hands-on experience with RestAssured, K6, and Postman • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar • Solid knowledge of API and performance testing • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and testing within Agile development environments • Exposure to AI tools to accelerate and enhance automation efforts • Good to have: experience with MCP Playwright automation Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality software releases • Design, develop, and execute automated test cases • Identify, analyze, and document defects, and track them to resolution • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and practices • Automate existing test cases to enhance test coverage and efficiency Soft Skills: • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment • Good collaboration and communication skills • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt Team Information: • Agile environment using SAFe, Scrum/Kanban methodologies • Collaborative and friendly team culture • Microservices-based architecture with extensive CI/CD automation • Tools: Git, IntelliJ, Jira, Confluence, i3 by Tieto (search backend)
