Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Associate Help Desk Engineer to join our support team. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, along with good communication abilities to handle voice-based support processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers/users.
- Diagnose and resolve application, system, and basic network-related issues.
- Perform debugging and root cause analysis for reported incidents.
- Handle customer queries through voice support and ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Execute SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting purposes.
- Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and support activities.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and deliver high-quality customer support.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Troubleshooting and Debugging
- Good understanding of SQL
- Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills
- Experience in Voice Process / Customer Support
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Help Desk / Technical Support environment is preferred
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
