Job Overview
Ismart Infosoft is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to connect with schools and educational institutions across India. The role involves introducing our School ERP and School Transport Management solutions, generating leads, scheduling product demonstrations, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact schools, principals, administrators, and management staff via phone.
- Introduce and explain the benefits of Schoolo ERP and School Bus Tracker.
- Generate and qualify potential sales leads.
- Schedule online product demonstrations for interested schools.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective customers.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Confidence in speaking with school representatives and decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
