Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable travel solutions
- Assist customers with domestic and international travel bookings
- Provide information regarding travel packages, itineraries, and services
- Follow up with customer inquiries and maintain good client relationships
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking processes
- Provide post-booking assistance to customers when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, travel consultation, or customer service is preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer skills and ability to handle emails and online tools
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
