We are looking for a highly responsible, proactive, and leadership-driven Admin Coordinator who can ensure the smooth functioning, discipline, maintenance, and presentation of the entire office ecosystem.
This role is not just about administration — it is about ownership, coordination, people management, and creating a professional workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete office administration and daily operational activities
- Supervise and manage Drivers, Housekeepers, Support Staffs, Security, and other facility teams
- Ensure office cleanliness, discipline, hygiene, and maintenance standards are maintained at all times
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, fuel records, and driver management
- Manage office purchases, vendor coordination, inventory, and utility requirements
- Take initiative in office beautification, workspace organization, ambience improvement, and maintenance planning
- Monitor pantry, housekeeping materials, office supplies, and ensure timely availability
- Coordinate repair and maintenance work related to electricals, furniture, appliances, and office infrastructure
- Ensure smooth support to all departments for operational requirements
- Maintain records, bills, invoices, and administrative documentation
- Handle emergency situations and operational issues with quick decision-making ability
