About the Internship
This is a hands-on internship where you'll work directly with our operations team and gain practical experience in running a premium hospitality business.
From managing bookings to coordinating guest services and daily operations, you'll learn how a successful hotel operates while working on real responsibilities from day one.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle guest enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Manage bookings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and other OTA platforms.
- Update room availability, pricing, and inventory.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor daily hotel operations.
- Maintain operational records and booking reports.
- Ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.
