Job Responsibilities:
Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and key customers.
Identify new business opportunities and appoint new dealers/distributors.
Conduct product presentations and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Ensure timely collections and outstanding management.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sanitaryware, bath fittings, tiles, building materials, or related industries.
Experience working with reputed brands such as Kohler, Grohe, Roca, RAK Ceramics, Cipollo, or Luxelet.
Strong dealer and distributor management experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
