About the Role
Codeyoung is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. We are seeking professionals with International Customer Support experience who can deliver exceptional customer experiences through both Voice and Non-Voice channels.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues through Voice (Calls) and Non-Voice (Email & Chat) support.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and solution-oriented support.
- Escalate complex customer issues to relevant internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Meet individual and team KPIs, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in International Customer Support (Voice & Non-Voice).
- Prior experience handling international customers is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must have you own laptop
- Comfortable working in the US Shift
- Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a customer-first mindset.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
