Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with 10+ years of experience in residential construction projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in architectural design, project coordination, and execution of high-quality residential developments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural design development for residential projects.
- Prepare and review concept designs, working drawings, and detailed architectural plans.
- Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP teams, project teams, and clients.
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance during project execution and site coordination.
- Review drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and construction standards.
Requirements:
- B.Arch qualification with 10+ years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning, design, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D visualization tools, and architectural software.
- Experience handling luxury residential projects will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
