Position: Telecaller - Loan Services
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Coimbatore

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and promote our loan services. As a Telecaller, you will interact with potential and existing customers to inform them about our loan products, address their inquiries, and guide them through the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Outreach:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Introduce loan products and services to prospective clients.
2. Client Interaction:
Understand the customer’s financial needs and suggest suitable loan options.
Respond to inquiries about loan terms, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
3. Lead Conversion:
Follow up with interested customers to assist them in completing the loan application.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service (preferably in financial services).
Communication Skills:
Fluent in Tamil, English
Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
