Position: Senior Art Designer

About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Art Designer to lead the visual direction of campaigns, branding, and creative communication across print, digital, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker with exceptional design skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to mentor junior designers while delivering impactful creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Development
· Develop innovative and visually compelling designs for branding, marketing campaigns, and other creative initiatives.
· Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute creative concepts aligned with project objectives.
Art Direction
· Ensure visual consistency and maintain high creative standards across print, digital, and social media platforms.
· Collaborate with copywriters, client servicing teams, and other creative professionals to execute impactful campaigns.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
· Mentor and guide junior designers by providing constructive feedback and creative direction.
· Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to deliver unique design solutions while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Project Management
· Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
· Present creative concepts and design solutions to clients or internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
Innovation & Research
· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
· Research audience preferences and market trends to create relevant and engaging visual communication.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
· 10+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction, branding, or a related creative field.
· Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
· Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain visual consistency across all creative deliverables.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Strong conceptual thinking, creative problem-solving, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Preferred
· Prior experience in an advertising, branding, or integrated creative agency.
