We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor (Telecaller) who will handle both inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students/aspirants, converting leads into admissions, and maintaining strong follow-ups. Prior experience in coaching institutes or education sector will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from students/parents and provide accurate course information
- Make outbound calls to generated leads and convert them into admissions
- Counsel students regarding courses (BPSC, UPSC, Science, etc.) and guide them based on their needs
- Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and lead status
- Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth admission process
- Respond to queries via WhatsApp, calls, and CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (any stream); preference to candidates from education background
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling/admission counselling (Coaching Institute preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi + basic English
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of computer/CRM/Excel
