Waffle Castle is seeking a dedicated Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store performance, leading the team, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Open and close the store according to business operating hours.
- Lead, train, and supervise the store team.
- Maintain product quality and brand standards.
- Handle POS billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage online food delivery orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.
- Train new employees on operational processes and service standards.
- Support sales growth and achieve operational performance targets.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a QSR, café, restaurant, or food service environment.
- Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
