We’re Hiring: Junior/ Mid-Level Architects
We are looking for Architect with a strong flair for design and has good understanding of architecture, structure, and MEP services.
The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate with consultants and produce high-quality GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
Prior experience in hotels, office buildings, or high-rise projects will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with consultants across disciplines (structure, MEP, etc.)
- Prepare working drawings and GFC sets
- Develop design concepts and presentation material
- Work on 3D modeling and rendering (SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop)
- Support client communication and site coordination
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 2 to 6 years of experience in architecture and construction documentation
- Strong organizational, design, and presentation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (knowledge of Photoshop, Lumion, etc. preferred)
