We are looking for energetic and result-oriented field sales professionals to expand our dealer network, increase market penetration, and drive secondary sales across assigned territories.
Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for regularly visiting dealers, retailers, plumbers, builders, contractors, and influencers in the assigned territory to generate sales for Neycer products.
The role requires identifying and onboarding new dealers, supporting existing dealers in improving sales, generating enquiries, and ensuring consistent secondary sales growth.
This is a performance-driven role with a fixed salary and attractive incentives linked directly to business generated.
Key Responsibilities
Market Visits & Relationship Building
· Conduct daily market visits within the assigned territory.
· Meet sanitaryware dealers, retailers, distributors, plumbers, builders, contractors, and architects.
· Promote Neycer sanitaryware products and create brand awareness.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
Dealer & Retailer Onboarding
· Identify potential dealers and retailers for Neycer products.
· Explain dealership opportunities and product advantages.
· Assist in dealer onboarding and activation.
· Expand Neycer's market presence in assigned locations.
Secondary Sales Generation
· Generate orders through existing dealers and retailers.
· Increase product movement from dealer counters.
· Follow up on enquiries and convert them into sales.
· Support dealers in achieving higher monthly sales volumes.
· Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirements.
Influencer Engagement
· Develop relationships with plumbers, contractors, architects, and builders.
· Generate project leads and referral business.
· Promote Neycer products for residential and commercial projects.
Market Intelligence
· Gather information on competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and product launches.
· Identify opportunities for market expansion and business growth.
· Provide regular feedback on customer requirements and market trends.
Reporting
· Submit daily and weekly market visit reports.
· Maintain records of dealer visits, enquiries, orders, and business generated.
· Track dealer performance and sales achievements.
Eligibility Criteria Education
· Any Graduate / Diploma Holder.
· Candidates with experience in sanitaryware, tiles, building materials, hardware, plumbing products, paints, electricals, or FMCG sales preferred.
Experience
· Freshers with strong field sales aptitude can apply.
· 1–5 years of field sales experience preferred.
Skills Required
· Strong communication and persuasion skills.
· Ability to build dealer relationships.
· Self-motivated and target-oriented.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
· Basic reporting and smartphone usage skills.
Compensation Structure Fixed Salary
₹10,000 per month Performance Incentives
Additional incentives will be paid based on:
· Value of sales generated.
· Number of active dealers onboarded.
· Secondary sales achieved through dealers.
· New customer acquisitions.
· Project enquiries converted into business.
Earnings Potential
No upper limit on incentives.
High-performing candidates can significantly increase their monthly earnings through successful dealer development and sales generation activities.
