Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Branch Manager / Accounts Head
Location: Retail Branch Thane
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities ERP & Billing Work
- Enter daily sales and purchase entries in ERP software
- Generate bills, receipts, invoices, and vouchers
- Verify purchase bills and customer invoices
- Match ERP entries with stock records and payment details
- Track card settlements, UPI collections, and payment status
- Resolve billing discrepancies and entry mismatches
Cash Handling
- Manage day-to-day cash counter operations
- Receive payments through cash, card, UPI, and other payment modes
- Issue proper receipts to customers
- Maintain daily opening and closing cash balance
- Ensure safe and secure cash handling procedures
Coordination with Sales & Service Team
- Confirm billing details, discounts, and payment status
- Process service billing and customer collections
- Inform sales/service teams regarding pending payments
- Support smooth customer billing during peak hours
Coordination with Back Office
- Share daily billing and collection reports
- Submit invoices and financial documents to accounts team
- Assist in petty cash handling and branch reconciliation
- Respond to finance and accounts queries on time
Branch Accounts Support
- Maintain branch income and expense records
- Prepare daily cash and collection reports
- Handle petty cash transactions and reimbursements
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments
Skills Required
- Knowledge of ERP/Tally and billing software
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
- Accuracy in cash handling and billing
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Time management and multitasking ability
- GST and basic taxation knowledge preferred
Qualification & Experience
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in cashier/accounts role
- Experience in ERP or accounting software is mandatory
