JOB DESCRIPTION – FOOD PRODUCTION MANAGER

Position: Food Production Manager
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise day-to-day food production activities.
* Plan daily production as per orders and requirements.
* Supervise production workers and allocate daily tasks.
* Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
* Maintain proper food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
* Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
* Check production processes and ensure products are prepared according to company standards.
* Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, packing, and dispatch teams.
* Maintain daily production records, stock consumption, and wastage reports.
* Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of production areas and machinery.
* Follow company SOPs and food safety guidelines.
* Identify production issues and take corrective action.
* Train and guide production staff when required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in food production/manufacturing preferred.
* Experience in handling production workers and factory operations.
* Good knowledge of food hygiene and production processes.
* Ability to manage daily production independently.
* Good communication and team-management skills.
* Candidates from Navi Mumbai/Thane/Mumbai preferred.
