We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Gandhinagar. This role is dedicated to driving sales for our premium residential development located in the prestigious Kudasan Grasslands area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-value relationships and closing luxury real estate deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Proactively identify and convert high-net-worth prospects into qualified leads for our luxury residential inventory.
Sales Strategy: Execute tailored sales strategies to showcase the unique value proposition of our Kudasan Grasslands projects.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential buyers, investors, and channel partners to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
Site Presentations: Conduct professional, high-impact site visits and project presentations, articulating the architectural excellence and lifestyle benefits of our luxury offerings.
Closing & Documentation: Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial inquiry through negotiation and final documentation, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of dedicated experience in luxury residential real estate sales.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Gandhinagar real estate market, with a specific focus on the Kudasan and surrounding high-end micro-markets.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with elite clientele.
Skills: Proven expertise in negotiation, objection handling, and relationship management.
Performance: A demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding annual sales targets within the luxury segment.
