Field Sales Representative – CRM Steels
Location: Nadia / North 24 Parganas / South 24 Parganas / Hooghly
Job Description:
CRM Steels is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Representative to expand our customer and dealer network. The role involves visiting fabricators, workshops, contractors, builders, and industrial customers to generate enquiries, develop new dealers, and increase sales of steel products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit fabricators and potential customers regularly.
- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Promote CRM Steels' products and services.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads.
- Collect market and competitor information.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of field sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned areas.
- Experience in steel, construction, or industrial sales will be an advantage.
Salary: Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance
