Position Description
Strengthen risk management, enhance compliance, and optimize processes! You’ll conduct health related audits, assess controls, and recommend improvements, ensuring adherence to IRDAI regulations. From identifying key risks to refining business operations, your expertise drives transparency and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate internal controls and risk management systems, identifying improvement areas.
- Conduct internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas pertaining to health entities.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, recommending corrective actions.
- Deliver audit reports with actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Analyze business processes to optimize efficiency and internal controls.
- Support audit tool implementation, refining methodologies for improved accuracy.
Requirements (Experience and Education)
Strong background in health LOB, risk analysis, regulatory adherence, and process improvements.
3–5 years of experience in health UW/ Health Claims
Required Skills
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of health products/process and relevant regulations.
Behavioral Skills:
- Integrity & Ethical Judgment, ensuring transparent audits.
- Strong critical thinking, identifying key risks.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
