Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day site supervision and execution of work
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
- Maintain site reports, measurements, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Support senior engineers/architects in project planning and progress tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2– 3 years of experience in construction/site supervision
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read drawings and plans
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
