Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Nursing Staff to provide high-quality patient care and support clinical operations. The ideal candidate should possess sound clinical knowledge, excellent patient-handling skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per established clinical protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and accurately document observations.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and nursing supplies.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide basic life support when required.
- Coordinate with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments for seamless patient care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies and ethical standards.
- Perform shift duties, including day, night, weekends, and emergency shifts as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution.
- Registration: Valid Nursing Registration Certificate (State Nursing Council registration mandatory).
- Experience: 2-5 years
