Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician / Robotics Service Engineer with hands-on experience in Injection Molding Machine Maintenance & Automation. The role involves electrical & mechanical troubleshooting, robot maintenance, and improving machine efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting & maintenance of injection molding machines and automation systems
- Handling preventive & breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime
- Maintenance of AC/DC motors, servo drives, heaters, relays, contactors & hydraulic systems
- Diagnose faults in PLC, HMI, sensors, and robotic systems
- Robot programming, parameter setting & EOAT handling
- Support machine installation, wiring, commissioning & automation setup
- Maintain logs for maintenance, downtime & spare parts
- Drive Kaizen & automation improvements for efficiency
Auxiliary Equipment Exposure:
MTC, Hopper Dryer, Chiller, Compressor, Cooling Tower, Robots, Conveyors & Assembly Line
Eligibility:
- ITI / Diploma / Degree – Any Technical Discipline
- Experience: 2–5 years in Injection Molding Maintenance & Automation
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical & robotics systems
Preferred Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Proactive maintenance approach
- Good communication & teamwork
