Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor to guide prospective students interested in digital marketing courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling students on course selection, and converting leads into enrollments while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Counsel prospective students about digital marketing courses, career opportunities, and industry trends
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio
- Maintain and update student database (CRM systems)
- Conduct counseling sessions (online/offline)
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams
- Meet monthly admission targets
- Organize seminars, webinars, and demo sessions
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
