Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to manage and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, automating deployments, maintaining cloud and on-premises environments, and supporting the continuous delivery of secure and scalable LMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and optimize the LMS infrastructure across AWS and on-premises environments.
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using DevOps best practices.
- Monitor application and server performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
- Ensure system security, backups, disaster recovery, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and application reliability.
- Maintain system documentation and proactively recommend infrastructure improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a DevOps or System Administration role.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch).
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (preferred), and containerized applications.
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and CI/CD workflows.
- Knowledge of web servers such as Nginx or Apache.
- Understanding of networking, security best practices, and monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting SaaS applications or Learning Management Systems is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
