Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management
- Receive and manage leads from WhatsApp, website, social media, exhibitions, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure every lead is entered into the CRM within the same day.
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales representative when required.
- Maintain complete lead records and communication history.
2. Lead Qualification
- Contact new leads and understand their requirements.
- Verify customer profile, product requirements, quantity, location, and purchase timeline.
- Identify qualified opportunities and prioritize them for follow-up.
- Maintain lead status updates in CRM.
3. Follow-Up & Conversion
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Ensure no lead remains unattended.
- Follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
4. Sales Pipeline Management
- Track every lead from inquiry to closure.
- Maintain pipeline stages:
- New Lead
- Contacted
- Qualified
- Quotation Sent
- Negotiation
- Won
- Lost
- Ensure CRM is updated daily.
- Generate reports on pipeline movement and conversion rates.
5. Customer Coordination
- Coordinate between customers and internal teams.
- Track order status and communicate updates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
- Support customers during the initial order process.
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor lead response times.
- Track lead sources and conversion performance.
- Analyze reasons for lost opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Daily
- Leads contacted within 30 minutes of receipt.
- CRM updated 100%.
- Follow-up completion rate above 95%.
Weekly
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Meetings scheduled.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
- B2B sales: 5 years (Required)
