Job Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain data accurately in computer systems. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Handle emails, phone calls, and office correspondence. Maintain office records, files, and databases.
Assist in administrative and clerical tasks.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word). Basic computer and internet skills.
Good typing speed and data entry accuracy. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA, etc.). Diploma/Certification in Computer Applications will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
