Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a balanced understanding of multiple HR functions and the ability to manage day-to-day HR activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding)
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and database
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accuracy with payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS)
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Implement HR policies and ensure adherence
- Conduct employee engagement and retention activities
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of core HR functions and processes
- Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
