· Supervise daily operations of HDPE bottle manufacturing machines (extrusion blow molding, injection molding).
· Ensure adherence to production schedules and minimize downtime.
· Monitor raw material usage (HDPE granules, color master batch) and reduce wastage.
· Implement and enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and pharma packaging standards.
· Conduct in‑process checks: wall thickness, weight, leak test, visual inspection.
· Maintain batch production records, logbooks, and equipment cleaning records.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, WHO, Schedule M).
· Prepare and review SOPs for production and safety.
· Supervise operators and technicians, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
· Conduct training on safety, hygiene, and machine operation.
· Enforce workplace safety protocols (PPE, fire safety, machine guarding).
· Coordinate preventive maintenance with engineering teams.
· Report and resolve deviations, breakdowns, or safety incidents.
· Support audits and inspections with ready documentation.
