In other words, an Office Assistant do office work efficiently. Their duties include answering phone calls, managing files and emails and scheduling appointments for the management.
A Telemarketing Executive drives revenue and lead generation by initiating outbound calls to potential customers. They qualify leads, present company services, overcome objections, and maintain accurate records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. The role combines sales targets with customer service.
