Job Summary
Edu - Tech Plus Classes is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Counsellor to guide students and parents in selecting the right courses. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
- Explain course details, fee structures, batch timings, and other academic information.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain records of inquiries, admissions, and student interactions.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processes.
- Assist in organizing seminars, counselling sessions, and promotional events.
- Resolve student queries professionally and ensure a positive experience.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Higher qualification preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- Prior experience in counselling, admissions, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is preferred.
