Job Timing :- 4:40 PM to 1:30 AM
Perform quantity take-offs
Review architectural plans, specifications and bid documents
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and proposals
Analyze material and labor costs
Maintain estimate and bid records
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
1–5 years of estimation experience (field experience not mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to read architectural plans and prepare accurate estimates
Knowledge of estimation software such as 2020, PlanSwift is a plus
