Managing incoming and outgoing calls from leads customer service inquiries
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls as well as compliant calls
Generate sales leads from received data base from concern department
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet target oriented and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies accordingly your process
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Desired Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Graduation with 5-10 years of experience in BPO/Tele calling related industry
Familiarity with CRM systems technical knowledge for data updating in the system
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of patients
Excellent communication and presentation skills through the domestic voices process
Preferred ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively while taking calls
Candidate Should be Proficient in any two languages Kannada, Tamil, Hindi & Bengali
BPO/Call Centre with healthcare sector exposure candidates preferable for this position.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
